New in 2026, we are now a USDA inspected custom exemption facility. We slaughter at our facility, the meat will be labeled "not for resale" (in 2027 we plan to have the full USDA inspection where the meat can be packaged for resale)

Fees 2026:

Kill fee under 300 lbs : $60

Kill fee over 300lbs : $100

Processing fee: $1.30/pound (hot hanging weight)

Cured Meat (Hogs):

Bacon per side $30

Ham (per ham) : $30

Sausage: $10

Smokehouse (20 pound minimum per item):

Summer sausage (Jala or reg) : $8/lb

Snack sticks (Jala or reg): $10/lb

*kill fee includes slaughter/skinning/gutting

*we also process sheep and goats

*we will take beef until the first week of October
