New in 2026, we are now a custom exemption facility. We slaughter at our facility, the meat will be labeled "not for resale"

Fees 2026:

Kill fee under 400 lbs : $50

Kill fee over 400lbs : $100

Processing fee: $1.30/pound (hot hanging weight)

Cured Meat (Hogs):

Bacon per side $30

Ham (per ham) : $30

Sausage: $10

Smokehouse (20 pound minimum per item):

Summer sausage (Jala or reg) : $8/lb

Snack sticks (Jala or reg): $10/lb

*kill fee includes slaughter/skinning/gutting

*we also process sheep and goats

*we will take beef until the first week of October
